expanded duty dental assistant

We are a general dentistry practice looking to expand our team of dental professionals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, full time & part time expanded duty dental assistant to work Monday-Thursday, approximately 32-38 hours/week. The position involves being a team player & working with patients of all ages.
\n Responsibilities:
\n • Chairside assisting the dentist during various treatments
\n • Manage infection control-sterilize rooms, equipment, & instruments
\n • X-ray certified to ake dental radiographs
\n • Proficient at placement of fillings (preferred)
\n • Coronal polishing (Pdreferred)
\n • Fabricate temporaries
\n • Collect medical & dental history
\n • Educate patients on oral health
\n • Perform clerical tasks as needed
\n • Keep patient records confidential

\n • Dental experience preferred
\n • Experience with Eagle soft & Dexis preferred
\n • RDA Certified in coronal polishing preferred
\n • High School diploma or equivalent
\n • Current EFDA (EDDA, RDA) certification
\n • Current radiology licensure
\n • Current CPR certification
