Pay: $20-23 hourly
We are currently hiring for two (2) Warehouse Operations Specialist openings:

2nd Shift (PM): 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday -
2nd Shift (Night): 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday
About the Role
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialists to support our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will oversee and support the complete warehouse operations cycle—from inbound receiving to outbound shipping—while ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
This position works closely with both domestic and international Distribution Centers (DCs), providing operational support, maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse operations from inbound receiving through outbound shipping.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Support domestic and international Distribution Centers by providing guidance on operational processes.
- Create, maintain, and update process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), reports, and operational guides.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams.
- Assist leadership with operational reporting, documentation, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – intermediate to advanced proficiency required.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Reporting and data analysis
- An Excel assessment covering formulas and Pivot Tables will be administered during the interview process.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or distribution center experience is preferred.
