Bring your expertise and passion for supporting students to an impactful contract opportunity as a School Psychologist in the vibrant community near Cape Coral, FL. This full-time role runs from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and offers the chance to contribute to multiple campuses, shaping the academic and emotional development of students across a variety of ages.
Your primary focus will include conducting assessments, preparing thorough reports, and actively participating in IEP meetings. What we’re looking for:
- Active Florida Department of Health Psychology license (required)
- Solid experience with a variety of student assessments
- Preferably, previous school-based practice in a similar capacity
- Ability to manage testing schedules, deadlines, and caseloads efficiently
- Excellent communication and team interaction skills
- Flexibility to serve potentially as an itinerant psychologist across several sites
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
- Writing clear, thorough, and timely reports
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP sessions
- Providing professional insights to support student learning and development plans
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Managing travel between assigned schools as needed
