Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity focuses on serving a caseload of 35-45 students, primarily at the elementary level. You’ll collaborate closely with two dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to help deliver impactful services that foster growth and independence in young learners. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Solid understanding of pediatric and elementary student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to student IEPs
- Work alongside COTAs to prioritize student progress and goal achievement
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of services and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Foster a supportive, positive, and resourceful environment for students and staff
