Qualifications:
- Current OT licensure in Massachusetts (OT MA)
- Experience with school-based OT, home health OT, or COTA roles preferred
- Ability to support K-12 students with a range of needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-12 students, adapting interventions for individual needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop effective, individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, families, and educators
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Assist with transition planning and recommend classroom modifications or assistive technology as needed
