RPh on the Go is hiring a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a specialty compounding pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and the potential to join the team permanently.

Job Responsibilities
- Verify and oversee non-sterile compounded medications prepared by pharmacy technicians
- Review compounded preparations for accuracy and compliance with master formula worksheets
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and state and federal regulations
- Complete required calculations and documentation
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Ensure proper cleaning, garbing, and workflow procedures are followed
- Support quality assurance initiatives to maintain the safety, purity, and potency of compounded medications
- Stay current on compounding techniques, formulations, and industry best practices
Please Note: This is primarily an oversight and verification role. While you will not be performing hands-on compounding, previous non-sterile compounding experience is required.

Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
- Recent pharmacist experience
- Previous non-sterile compounding experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
