Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and track student progress effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ needs and develop targeted intervention strategies to promote functional independence in school activities
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate occupational therapy into students’ educational plans
• Provide direct therapy sessions in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and report on student progress in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams supporting student achievement
• Educate and consult with staff, parents, and guardians to ensure understanding and carryover of therapeutic recommendations in and out of the classroom
