This onsite position focuses on 8th grade math instruction, with two roles available—one of which requires dual language skills. The upcoming school year runs from August 17 through May 27, 2027, offering a full-time contract opportunity to facilitate academic growth, engagement, and achievement among middle school students.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with proper math and/or dual language endorsements
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and differentiated instruction
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Previous experience supporting 8th grade learners in mathematics is highly valued
  • For one position, fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to work exclusively onsite and collaborate with a multidisciplinary teaching team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging 8th grade math lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
  • Employ various instructional strategies to foster understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Design, implement, and assess curriculum to meet academic standards and individual needs
  • Participate in school-wide planning, meetings, and professional development initiatives
