As a member of a supportive team, you’ll offer direct and virtual speech therapy, working with caseloads typically ranging from 45-50 students. Full-time schedules consist of 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to build strong relationships and deliver consistent, personalized interventions. Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- SLP-CCC or current enrollment in CFY
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Primary responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services in both in-person and virtual formats
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation consistent with school and regulatory guidelines
- Consult with families, educators, and other professionals to support student progress
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
