• Current California credential or eligibility as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support students, staff, and families
• Ability to design and adapt curriculum using individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with visual impairments in line with Individualized Education Programs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to ensure accessibility of curriculum and materials

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and progress
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff, students, and families on matters related to visual impairment and accessibility
