The role spans three conveniently located campuses, each just a quarter mile apart—offering the chance to build strong connections while minimizing travel time. Occasionally, you may be scheduled to move between two sites within the same day.

Your journey begins with a brief orientation in the week of August 10th, 2026, allowing you to start strong before the full assignment kicks off on August 17th, 2026. The contract extends through May 28th, 2027, providing a fulfilling school year of professional experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current licensure as an SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) in Texas
  • Previous experience in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
  • Confidence working collaboratively with supervising SLPs
  • Flexibility to travel between nearby campus sites as needed
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering direct and indirect speech therapy services to an elementary caseload under the supervision of an SLP
  • Implementing treatment plans and interventions tailored to student needs
