An established school district near Saratoga is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys consultation and collaborating with educational teams.

Location: Saratoga, CA 95070

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

Contract Dates:

• August 2026 – January 2027

Responsibilities:

• Consult with educators and school teams on behavioral programming

• Support students with behavior intervention planning

• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

• Monitor implementation of behavior supports

• Work across multiple school sites

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
