Associate Litigation/ Trial Attorney

McNeill | Von Maack, a Chambers USA-ranked, Salt Lake City-based boutique civil trial and commercial litigation firm, is seeking an associate attorney. Ideal candidates have 1–6 years of legal experience, law review and/or judicial clerkship experience, a strong work ethic, and exemplary analytical and writing skills. Salary will depend on strength of candidate and experience but would typically range between $110,000 and $160,000. Additional benefits include discretionary annual bonuses and raises, a full-premium-paid healthcare plan, profit sharing, a 401(k) match (eligible after one year of employment), parking, and reimbursements for CLE and bar dues. The hired attorney will be mentored by partner-level attorneys on complex commercial cases and gain experience quickly through participation in oral arguments, depositions, trials, motion practice, discovery, and related legal work.\n
