Personal Injury Attorney

\nWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation with experience completing written discovery, motions practice, and defending/taking depositions. Trial experience is a plus, but not required.* The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury matters throughout the entirety of the case, from initial client meeting through resolution.\n

\n* Develop and maintain rapport with clients.\n
\n* Provide legal advice throughout the course of representation.\n
\n* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and court memoranda.\n
\n* Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.\n
\n* Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.\n
\n* Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activities and developments.\n
\n* Collaborate with staff and other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive client service.\n
\n* Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.\n

\n*Requirements*\n
\n
\n* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.\n
\n* Active license to practice law in Connecticut.\n
\n* 4+ years experience in personal injury\n
\n* Proficiency in legal drafting and research methodologies.\n
\n* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.\n
\n* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n
\n* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.\n
\n
\nAdditional compensation available via referral fees, as well as annual bonuses for high performing individuals.\n
