Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Valid OT Certification
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric clients is desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to K–8 students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
- Assess student needs and develop tailored treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and student evaluations as needed
