This contract role focuses exclusively on providing dedicated services to elementary and pre-kindergarten students, helping them develop essential skills for academic and social success.

What you'll need to succeed:
• Active state Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Strong understanding of developmental milestones for elementary and PreK students
• Excellent communication skills to partner with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to develop and modify individualized intervention plans
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive learning
Note: This position is for OTs only. Not open to COTAs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Assessing students’ needs and creating tailored therapy plans
• Delivering direct therapy services both individually and in groups
• Supporting teachers with classroom modifications and adaptive strategies
• Tracking progress and maintaining thoughtful documentation
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Engaging families to support carryover of therapeutic skills at home

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with 30 hours each week at one convenient location—no travel between multiple sites required.
