Occupational Therapist (OT) | Reno, NV | Full-Time

ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapists to support students in the Reno, Nevada area for the 2026-2027 school year. These full-time, school-based positions offer the opportunity to work with a diverse student population across multiple school sites while providing evaluations, therapy services, and consultation. This is an excellent opportunity for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping students develop the skills necessary for success in the educational environment.

Position Overview:

• Full-time, school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year
• Assignment dates: August 4, 2026 through June 4, 2027
• Two Occupational Therapist openings available
• 37.5 hours per week
• Typical workday is approximately 7.5 hours
• Age range: 3-22 years old
• Positions may serve 2-4 school sites within the district
• Supportive and collaborative educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across assigned caseloads
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Experience completing evaluations and contributing to IEP development preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
