Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school environments
- Familiarity with assessment, intervention, and documentation for a wide range of speech and language disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, parents, and students
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain required credentials
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on-site in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess needs and support academic participation
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school personnel regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student goals
- Remain current with best practices and continue professional development
