We are seeking an enthusiastic Music Teacher ready to make a positive impact onsite with students in early elementary grades. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a closely related field.
• Illinois Professional Educator License with Music or relevant endorsement.
• Experience with curriculum planning, design, and instruction tailored to elementary music education.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive, energetic classroom environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on, grade-appropriate music instruction for Kindergarten through Grade 2 students.
• Design, plan, and implement music curriculum that sparks creativity and engagement.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere where all students can thrive.
• Assess student progress and communicate effectively with staff and parents.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to integrate music across the curriculum.
• Participate in school events, performances, and faculty meetings as needed.

This onsite, full-time contract position runs from August 17 through May 27, 2027. The role is exclusively in-person; remote work options are not available.
