Multiple positions are available, each offering the chance to make a profound difference in specialized settings (1, 2, 3, or 4) across several schools.

The contract runs from August 24, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid options may be available for select roles, though most will be in person.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
  • Experience in one or more of the following: developmental cognitive disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism, or specific learning disabilities
  • Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and IEP planning
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
  • Please confirm prior placement history within the district; candidates with previous conflicts or negative separations will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver individualized instruction tailored to students’ unique needs and IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and actively participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with general educators, support staff, and families to build student success
  • Adapt instructional techniques to reach all learners in the designated setting
  • Contribute to a positive and productive school climate
