Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Springfield, Massachusetts

This full-time, onsite role involves working across four school sites to deliver specialized behavior consultation and autism support, shaping successful educational experiences for students and staff alike.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification (attach a screenshot of your certification with your application)
• Demonstrated school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist experience
• Proven skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Adept at coaching and mentoring teachers and paraprofessionals on practical behavior strategies
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams serving students with autism
• Dependable transportation, as travel between school sites is an essential part of the job
• Must pass background checks, including fingerprinting, CORI, and a drug screen
