An exciting contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a lasting impact on students’ lives in a vibrant school setting near Elk River, MN. This position is full-time, running from August 24th through June 2, 2027, and offers a rewarding chance to support both elementary and some secondary students across a varied caseload of 40-50 learners. Your expertise will contribute to essential student development while working onsite within a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Current Minnesota SLP license (please have documentation ready to submit)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in assessing and delivering speech and language services to children with diverse needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other educators, families, and professionals

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting evaluations and implementing individualized therapy sessions
  • Managing a caseload of elementary and select secondary students
  • Participating in team meetings, IEPs, and ongoing student progress reviews
  • Working closely with faculty, families, and other providers to foster student success
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
