BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to support a multifamily apartment community in Gardner, KS 66030. • Location: Gardner, KS 66030
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract Opportunity

• Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Remove trash and debris from the property
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
• Help with power washing walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed
• Support the maintenance team with basic maintenance tasks
• Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning
• Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and visitors

• Previous groundskeeping, porter, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite maintenance team
