Shifts Available: Per Diem - Days

Salary Range: $1,050 – $1,190 per shift (base gross)

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care within the RN scope of practice
• Lead and facilitate patient and family education while guiding nursing staff activities in the ICU
• Take responsibility for the care and outcomes of assigned patients
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results
• Respond promptly and accurately to shifts in patient conditions or treatment responses
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid state RN License
• Hold a current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain it
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation is required
• Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain it
• A minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, specifically in critical care, is required

Compensation Transparency

Our organization offers competitive pay, with an estimated compensation range for this role being $75.00 to $85.00. This estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for other geographic areas. The final compensation offered will be determined during the hiring process, taking into account various factors such as skill set, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
