Exciting Opportunity for an Electrophysiologist

Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Electrophysiologist to become a part of our Cardiology team. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 1:6 call rotation, with the potential for additional call opportunities, offering $500 per diem, and fellows will take the first call.
  • Perform a variety of procedures including ICDs, pacemakers, ablations (utilizing pulse field technology), and loop recorders.
  • Collaborate with cardiac and vascular surgery services to deliver a comprehensive range of cardiology services, encompassing non-invasive, invasive, interventional, and electrophysiology.
  • Engage in training opportunities through our Cardiology fellowship program.
Working Environment

This position is based at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital recognized for its excellence. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center, featuring a fully staffed emergency department available 24/7, hospitalist services, helicopter access, and state-of-the-art catheterization labs.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive recruitment bonus of $100,000.

Qualifications
