Make an impact as an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a rewarding contract role supporting young learners! This full-time opportunity offers the chance to use your skills in a dynamic educational environment, working with children ages 3-5 in early childhood special education settings. You'll contribute to the development of language, speech, and communication abilities at a critical stage in students’ growth. The position spans from late August of 2026 through early June of 2027, with consistent Monday through Friday hours.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a current Minnesota SLP license (must be presented with résumé to be considered)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting and with early childhood special education populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to providing individualized, student-centered therapy

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of children ages 3-5 in early childhood settings
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Conduct assessments and provide progress reports
  • Participate in meetings, family conferences, and professional development as needed
  • Advocate for early intervention best practices and inclusive learning environments
