We are seeking dedicated professionals for contract positions within a dynamic educational environment, supporting students from ages 3 to 22 with a wide range of needs, from mild to severe.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapy license required
  • Prior experience working in California schools essential
  • Demonstrated knowledge of administering the BOT-3 and Peabody assessments
  • Comfortable supporting students with multiple disabilities across K-12 grade levels
  • Exceptional data analysis abilities to inform recommendations and address parent concerns
  • Strong independent work ethic—ability to manage a fluctuating, itinerant caseload with minimal direct supervision
  • Bilingual Spanish skills a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, consult, and provide occupational therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans as caseload demands shift
  • Document and present data-driven recommendations to IEP teams, families, and staff
  • Effectively prioritize and manage your schedule in the field to meet district needs
  • Deliver high-quality services to support student success in academic and functional performance
  • Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure collaborative care
