Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience in therapeutic day schools (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of QBS Safety Care and working with severe behaviors.
- Physically able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Previous experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers with behavioral strategies and plans.
- Lead weekly collaboration meetings.
- Provide hands-on classroom support and model intervention.
- Conduct and write FBAs and BIPs.
- Supervise one RBT and assist with duties as assigned by the school principal.
