Compensation & BenefitsCompensation- Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000, based on experience and schedule

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college, or equivalent certification for international graduates
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or the ability to obtain licensure before the start date
- Experience with digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
- Background in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
- Interest in exotics and wildlife medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
