This position is responsible for managing patient flow throughout the pre-operative and post-operative phases, conducting thorough assessments, monitoring recovery processes, and ensuring safe discharges.
The coordinator will work in close collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure timely procedures. In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as a clinical resource and mentor, fostering staff development, promoting safety and infection control measures, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
