Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity working as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a vibrant educational setting. Starting August 3rd, you'll enjoy a stable schedule, working 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Your experience across OT disciplines, including school-based occupational therapy, home health, healthcare environments, and teletherapy, will be exceptionally valued. You’ll be integral in providing services that enhance students' success, collaborating with educators and caregivers to ensure every child receives the support they deserve. Caseload specifics are being finalized to ensure a manageable and meaningful workload tailored to your expertise.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license (California)
  • Experience in school-based OT; additional experience in healthcare or home health settings is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
  • Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
  • Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to students on your caseload through both in-person and teletherapy modalities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote students’ progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
