This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant eager to work closely with a diverse caseload in a structured, on-site environment. Key Qualifications:

  • Active FL DOH SLPA licensure required
  • At least 2 years of experience as an SLPA, including a minimum of 6 months in a school-based setting
  • Familiarity with Florida credentialing processes; ability to complete or verify fingerprints via the AHCA Clearinghouse
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to on-site work, as remote options (VOCO) are not available

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language services to students as part of a traditional caseload
  • Provide ongoing support, documentation, and communication with supervising SLP and multidisciplinary staff
  • Contribute to the creation and monitoring of student progress reports and IEP goals
  • Engage professionally with educators and parents to foster student achievement
  • Adhere to all policies regarding student privacy, compliance, and credentialing (including prompt processing of JLA badge, if required)
