Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota School Psychologist certification or licensure required
• Demonstrated experience with IEP goal development and implementation
• Proficiency in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and crafting Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP)
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations concerning special education
• Strong communication and consultation skills with multidisciplinary teams

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including student evaluations, consultations, and direct interventions
• Participate actively in IEP team meetings, supporting and advising on IEP and PBSP development
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to inform effective interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and well-being
• Maintain compliance with all applicable special education statutes, codes, and policies
• Serve as a key advocate for students, ensuring individualized support plans are implemented consistently
