Seeking dynamic speech-language pathologists who are passionate about supporting student communication and success in an engaging school environment. Contract opportunities are currently available for the upcoming academic year at a thriving district in the North Houston area, with openings serving a diverse student population. As an SLP, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and have opportunities for both on-site, single campus placements and itinerant assignments based on your interests.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure required
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Recent graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation
  • Ability to support students across varied age groups and needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and deliver individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educational staff and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school and state guidelines
  • Engage in multidisciplinary, collaborative problem-solving for student success
  • Participate in team meetings, staff development, and parent conferences
