School Occupational Therapist | San Bernardino, California

This full-time contract opportunity spans cross-categorical, itinerant assignments, offering an engaging and dynamic work environment for a skilled Occupational Therapist. With a start date as soon as possible and coverage through the end of the 2026-2027 school year, you’ll collaborate with students, educators, and families to support student success and independence.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare OT settings
• Comfortable managing cross-categorical caseloads across multiple school sites
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively adapt to changing needs and environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ functional and academic needs
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
• Maintain thorough and compliant records for all sessions and student progress
• Travel between school sites as needed to ensure access to services for all assigned students
