Step into a full-time contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the upcoming school year. You’ll contribute your expertise in a well-supported environment, collaborating with an established team of 16 SLP/Ts and benefiting from the guidance of a Lead SLP. This role offers a balanced caseload, ensuring you have the time to deliver high-quality services while also fostering growth and collaboration with your peers.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- School-based experience or strong interest in working within educational settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to a diverse elementary and/or secondary student population, averaging 50-55 students per SLP
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress toward student goals
- Collaborate with fellow SLPs, teachers, families, and other special education staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with all documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and relevant team initiatives as a valued team member
