Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Woodlawn, VA

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and MS-CCC certification (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence required)
• Strong background in pediatric SLP, including prior experience working in school-based or healthcare settings
• Teletherapy experience is highly valued
• New graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing IEPs for a broad age range
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students aged 2-22, both in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
• Manage a caseload of approximately 68 students with a wide range of needs
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based framework
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each student’s progress
• Maintain timely and accurate records, contributing to ongoing IEP review and compliance
• Provide consultative support and professional insight to staff and families as needed

This full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday) starts as soon as possible and runs through the school year, with the opportunity for renewal. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
