Step into a dynamic educational environment making a difference for students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist. We are seeking enthusiastic, credentialed professionals to provide in-person services in a contract capacity, supporting essential communication and learning outcomes for children in both elementary and early intervention settings.

Available roles include:

  • Two onsite SLPs for a K-12 caseload at two elementary schools, serving mostly regular education classes and autistic support classrooms. Caseloads are approximately 50-55 students each across two buildings, with some case management responsibilities. This contract is for 35 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027.
  • One SLP for Early Intervention, delivering onsite services to children ages 3-5 with special needs. This is a year-round position with convenient breaks aligning to the school calendar, and includes weekly dedicated paperwork time.

Desired qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification
  • Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (provided with resume)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • For early career professionals, Clinical Fellows will be considered if supervision fees are sponsored
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these roles

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy in a school-based, in-person setting
  • Manage caseloads efficiently across assigned buildings
  • Provide targeted interventions for both regular education and special needs populations
  • Conduct assessments, develop plans of care, and complete documentation accurately
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for student-centered support
