Attorneys work collaboratively on complex issues while handling sophisticated counseling and litigation matters, providing associates with meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development. Description Provide legal counsel on employment law matters, including compliance and risk management. Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and documents. Advise clients on workplace policies and procedures. Represent clients in employment disputes and litigation. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with teams to provide comprehensive legal services. Conduct research to support legal positions and strategies. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding. Profile A successful candidate should have: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admittance to the bar in California. Experience with employment law matters, including litigation and compliance. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Job Offer Estimated base salary of $180,000-$205,000, depending on experience. Hybrid working arrangement. Three days per week in the office. Exposure to both counseling and litigation work. Direct client interaction and advisory responsibilities. Opportunity to work on emerging workplace issues.
