Electrical Testing Engineer (Electrician)
\nLocation: Field-Based Bath area
About the Role:
\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Testing Engineer (Electrician) to join our growing field-based team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical services across a variety of sites nationwide.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\nElectrical Duties
\n- \n
- Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures \n
- Carry out inspection and testing in line with industry standards (including NICEIC where applicable) \n
- Support fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs using appropriate tools and equipment \n
- Ensure all work is completed to a right first time standard \n
- Identify hazards, defects, and necessary remedial actions in compliance with regulations \n
- Assist with small works, installations, and ongoing maintenance tasks \n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to project timelines \n
Health & Safety

- Follow all company policies, particularly in relation to health & safety \n
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times \n
- Contribute to risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) where required \n
Administration & Operations
\n- \n
- Manage your own workload effectively while on site \n
- Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time \n
- Communicate progress updates to operational and administrative teams \n
- Ensure company equipment is used, stored, and maintained correctly \n
- Maintain appropriate stock levels in your vehicle \n
Customer Service
\n- \n
- Provide a professional and responsive service to clients \n
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams \n
- Handle on-site queries in a professional manner \n
- Maintain strong timekeeping and reliability \n
- Build positive relationships to support repeat business \n
What Were Looking For:

- Qualified Electrician with experience in testing and inspection \n
- Strong understanding of electrical regulations and compliance standards \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills \n
- Strong organisational and communication skills \n
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn \n
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel) \n
