Job Description
Times 24 is looking for a commercially drivenSenior Land Acquisition Managerto lead the identification, negotiation and delivery of new car park opportunities across the UK. This is a highly sales-focused role where you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, converting opportunities, and driving revenue growth through new site acquisitions.
\nYou will operate in a fast-paced environment, using flexible and proactive sales strategies to secure new business. Working closely with Commercial Profit Managers, Commercial Profit Executives and site opening teams, you will play a key role in expanding the Times 24 portfolio and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
\nThis is a target-driven role with KPI expectations linked to pipeline development, site acquisition and successful openings, supported by an associated commission structure.
\nPlease note, this is a field based role, that will see you working within the South Coast, with an initial primary focus on Southampton.

Proactively identify and secure new car park opportunities across the UK

Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through to conversion and site opening

Deliver against acquisition targets and contribute to overall business growth
\n - \n
Build, manage and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
\n - \n
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise acquisition potential
\n - \n
Negotiate commercial terms with landlords, partners and stakeholders
\n - \n
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling customer and market propositions
\n - \n
Monitor competitor activity and use market intelligence to inform sales strategy
\n - \n
Work closely with Commercial Managers to ensure opportunities convert successfully
\n - \n
Provide accurate weekly pipeline reporting and monthly forecasting
\n - \n
Manage multiple opportunities at varying stages of the sales cycle
\n - \n
Analyse performance data to drive decision-making and prioritise high-value opportunities
\n - \n
Support the successful mobilisation and opening of new sites in line with KPI expectations
