About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Locum General Practitioner to join a friendly and well-established GP practice in Wadhurst.

\n

The practice is seeking a GP to provide ongoing locum cover with an immediate start available. You'll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care with 15-minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.

Key Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations

    • \n
  • \n

    Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

    • \n
  • \n

    Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber

    • \n
  • \n

    Develop personalised treatment and management plans

    • \n
  • \n

    Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne

    • \n
  • \n

    Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team

    • \n
  • \n

    Provide safe, compassionate and patient-centred care

    • \n

What We're Looking ForEssential

  • \n

    MRCGP qualified

    • \n
  • \n

    Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise

    • \n
  • \n

    Inclusion on the GMC GP Register

    • \n
  • \n

    Listed on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland)

    • \n
  • \n

    Independent Prescriber

    • \n
  • \n

    UK based

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

    • \n

Desirable

    Experience using SystmOne

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous NHS locum GP experience

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to provide regular availability

    • \n
