A fantastic Alternative Provision in Westminster is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with students aged 11-16 who have SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.

No two days are the same in this rewarding role.

Responsibilities:\n

  • Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
    • \n
  • Managing behaviour using restorative approaches
    • \n
  • Delivering mentoring sessions
    • \n
  • Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
    • \n
Ideal Candidate:\n

  • Youth work, mentoring or behaviour experience
    • \n
  • Calm under pressure
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills
    • \n
  • Passion for making a genuine difference
    • \n
