• Must hold your own Level 2 NVQ in Nails / Beauty.
\n
• Must hold solid occupational competency within the Beauty sector, with experience of Nails.
\n
• Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners
\n
• Willingness to work towards PTLLS/AET - fully funded and supported by employer.
\n
• Must be IT Literate.
\n

Duties include:\n

\n
• Teach/assess learners working towards Level 2 vocational qualifications in Nails and Beauty to learners within a classroom environment.
\n
• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
\n
• Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
\n
• Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
\n
• Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
\n
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
\n
