Labourer

Location: Crawley

Start Date: Second week of August - Monday 10th August, 2026

Pay Rate: £14.24/hr (PAYE) OR £16.55/hr (Umbrella PAYE)

Hours: 9 hours paid per day

Duration: 3-4 weeks

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Labourers to join a busy construction project based in Crawley, starting the second week of August. You will play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly and assisting the management team and sub-contractors daily.

  Moving materials out of plots and distributing them around the site

  Operating a wheelbarrow to transport materials and clear debris

\n
• \n

  Assisting various sub-contractors on-site as required

\n
• \n

  Maintaining general site tidiness

\n
• \n

  Strictly following instructions and health & safety guidelines from the management team

\n

• Requirements\n

  To be considered for this role, you must have:

  A valid CSCS Card

\n
• \n

  Ability to provide 2 recent work references

\n
• \n

  Full PPE (Steel toe cap boots, high-vis, hard hat, gloves)

• \n

  Right to Work in the UK
