Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

\n
• Lead and deliver on industrial projects from inception through to completion
\n
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions
\n
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members
\n
• Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
\n
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

\n
• ARB registered
\n
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
\n
• Strong experience working on complex projects across multiple building sectors
\n
• Strong experience working across all RIBA work stages
\n
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
\n
• Excellent knowledge of local building regulations
\n
• Strong technical and presentation skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Edinburgh area
\n
