A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Plumber Multi to join its Responsive Repairs Team covering the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.

Working across occupied residential properties, you'll carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
\n
• Installation and replacement of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level-deck showers
\n
• Kitchen sink installations
\n
• Pipework installation including copper, push-fit, waste and rainwater systems
\n
• Repair and replacement of taps, valves and associated fittings
\n
• Water supply, drainage and heating system pipework repairs
\n
• Installation and repair of domestic appliances including showers and washing machines
\n
• Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
\n
• Basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance tasks as required
\n

To be successful, you'll need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent), or at least 5 years' relevant plumbing experience
\n
• Experience working in occupied properties
\n
• Strong customer service skills
\n
• A good understanding of health and safety best practice
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Confidence using mobile technology such as tablets or PDAs
\n
• Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year's driving experience
\n

Desirable:

• Unvented hot water qualification

• CSCS card
\n
