The Role

An established Essex law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Chelmsford office.

You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

\n
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• General residential conveyancing matters
\n

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own files while working closely with a supportive team of experienced property professionals.

About You

To be considered, you'll ideally be:

\n
• A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
\n
• Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
\n
• Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
\n
• Comfortable working within a full-time office-based environment
\n
• Interested in networking and business development opportunities
\n
