Your new role

\n This employment solicitor role will see you handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, employment tribunal claims, whistle-blowing, as well as advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues. In addition, you will play a role in the supervision of more junior fee earners and in managing and maintaining client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

\n You should be an employment lawyer with 3+ years' pqe or operating up to and including Legal Director level. With a good breadth of employment experience, you should be well placed to provide strategic and practical solutions for clients.
