Interim commercial contracts paralegal/contracts manager

LAW are working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join their legal team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This is a wholly remote working role.

Working closely with the Legal Counsel and Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in supporting a busy commercial function, providing practical legal support across a range of commercial contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, drafting and amending commercial contracts
\n
• Negotiating and updating contractual terms
\n
• Reviewing client and supplier agreements
\n
• Supporting the legal team with contract management and compliance matters
\n
• Providing commercial legal support to internal stakeholders
\n
• Assisting with broader commercial projects as required
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience in a Commercial Paralegal role
\n
• Strong commercial contracts experience
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Experience within the healthcare, medical or related sector would be highly desirable
\n
• Exposure to public sector frameworks and procurement processes would be advantageous
\n

Contract Details:

• Initial 3-month contract with likely extension

• ASAP start

• £20-£22 per hour PAYE
\n
• £28-£30 per hour Umbrella
\n
